Now I am not fan of the massive wave of iliterate speak but I appreciate acronym's can be useful, fun and in the case of mass online gaming they are a sort of universal language.

So today I asked my friend at work who is neither a gamer nor an internet person of sorts. As she puts it, she's 60+ and she sees no reason to learn these things. She reminds me of my nan, so I pretty much adore being near her.

Here is her idea of some abbreviations:

gf (girlfriend) - get f*cked
amg - at my grans
rofl - rolex is f*cked
hax - have you any ecstasy
l33t - unlucky for the third time with my benefit application
n00b - dickhead (can't fault her on that)

On other news I have got a third character to level 85, another hunter. This one is the gatherer so it's nice to be in a position where I can put him to use finally haha!

Another note - I hate fishing... I hate that I am addicted, that I cannot fly past pools, that I sit for hours in Ironforge and other places for that one darned fish. Damn you Blizzard for inventing such addictive material, but similarly thank you :)
